Elections were held and the results are as follows:

Brief meeting followed elections:

Post season field clean up dates: Sunday Nov 1, Sat Nov 7, Sun Nov 8, weather dependent.  Derek will come up with a to do list.  Also will have a pot luck that day. Netting was placed along majors' third baseline, will use remainder along majors' first baseline.

Registration fees will remain the same as last spring.  Tee ball 60, Rookies 65, Minors and Majors 85, Babe Ruth 100.  Coaches meeting will be on the same day as the draft to maximize attendance.  Complete rosters will be turned in at the conclusion of draft day so uniforms can be ordered in a timely manner.

In person registration:  One day only, Sunday Feb 21, 2-4 pm

Spirit nights:  Friday Oct 9 2015 5-9 pm at Buffalo Wild Wings in Culpeper and Thursday Oct 22, all day at Chick-Fil-A in Warrenton.  Christine will contact about additional spin wheel fund raiser.

Concession report: Ice maker will be fixed tonight.  Pizza oven is to be sold on valley trader ( Mike Knicely will put ad in paper).  Can also put on Craig's list.  Tommy also suggested that we take it to the Charlottesville Restaurant Equipment Business to see if they can sell it if we are not successful with the other 2 options.  Also discussed lack of interest among parent volunteers in concession stand.  Considered charging $25/family if not planning on volunteering during a season.  If they plan to volunteer, there is no extra charge.  We will discuss this option more at our next meeting which is to be scheduled for late November/early December.
